Step 2: Our representative will explain the HearPO process, obtain your mailing information and assist you with directly making your appointment with the hearing care provider.

Step 3: HearPO will send an authorization packet to you and the provider prior to your appointment. This will ensure your HearPO benefit is activated. You are responsible for the total bill, less the applicable savings, at the time service is provided.
