Lab Savings Program with Quest Diagnostics

No matter which MHBP option you choose, your benefits will include access to our Lab Savings Program. The Lab Savings Program is a voluntary program that provides benefits for covered lab services with virtually no out-of-pocket cost* to you! Take advantage of your 100% lab benefit when Quest Diagnostics processes and bills MHBP your covered lab work. And, there’s no deductible** for lab services under this program when you have Standard or Value Option.

There are two ways to get your lab work to a Quest laboratory:

• Ask your doctor to send your lab work to Quest for processing, or  
• Have your doctor write scripts for the lab work needed and take them directly to a Quest laboratory to have the testing performed.

And as always, you are free to use any lab you choose and receive regular benefits for covered lab services.
