Vision Coverage

The MHBP Supplemental Vision Plan gives you so much for so little a month.

 * These benefits are neither offered nor guaranteed under contract with the FEHB Program, but are made available to all persons who are eligible for FEHBP coverage. You cannot file a FEHB disputed claim about them. The premiums and fees you pay for these services do not count toward FEHB deductibles or out-of-pocket maximums. Dental Program underwritten by First Health Life & Health Insurance Company and Cambridge Life Insurance Company. Benefits are not provided for services rendered outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

** You do not have to be enrolled in a MHBP health plan to enroll in the MHBP Supplemental Dental Plan or the MHBP Supplemental Vision Plan. However, a single annual $42 Mail Handlers Benefit Plan associate membership fee makes both the dental and/or vision plans available to you.
