MHBP (also known as Mail Handlers Benefit Plan) offers a variety of customer services options to help serve you. Contact MHBP anytime you need us. We’re available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year--even on holidays! Customer Service hours for our standalone dental and vision plans are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
MHBP has served federal and postal employees and annuitants for over 50 years. We know the importance of good customer service. Contact us to locate providers, answer benefit questions, check claims status, get general health information and more.
For medical claims, prescription drug claims, MHBP Dental Plan claims, MHBP Vision Plan claims, or other correspondence use the respective MHBP mailing address.
