MHBP can help. Your behavioral health benefit, administered by Optum, includes You can find programs, tools and resources that provide confidential support for those everyday challenges, and for more serious problems. It’s available around the clock – anytime you need it.

Available 24 hours a day

Your behavioral health benefit is available to you at any time, 24/7. A call-in specialist can talk with you and help find the right resources for your needs. Just call 877-262-2193. If you want to see a clinician, the specialist match you with one in our network that has the right experience to help you.

Connect online*

You also have access to online tools that can enhance your work, health and life. Visit the LiveandWorkWell website to review the available benefits and programs. You can also submit online requests for service while you’re there. Or search the online directory of clinicians and find resources for hundreds of issues that affect everyday life. You can even participate in interactive, self-improvement programs. Any MHBP member can access these great online resources – including your dependents who might be living away from home.

How much does it cost?

Some services may require pre-authorization and/or a copayment. And sometimes a deductible might apply. But you should not let these costs get in the way of using this benefit if you feel you or your family member need it. There is no charge for a referral or online personal plan.

You can rest easy, everything is completely confidential. All records – medical, referrals, evaluations, etc. – are kept strictly confidential in accordance with federal and state laws.
